Hi, I've got an Alcatel 3V Android 8 which keeps powering off when using apps. Even with full charge I'm lucky to get a couple of minutes. Tried factory reset, no joy. Had the back off checked the battery isn't loose or damaged. Can only use as a smartphone now while connected to charger. Any ideas what the problem is. Thanks

Sadly I've had the phone just 2 weeks over a year so it is just out of warranty. It is now completely dead, won't power up at all. Ive still 12 months of my 24 month plan to run
