Replacement SIM activated but not working

Hello

We lost my son’s phone and ordered a replacement SIM about a week ago. We have activated the new SIM but it’s not working. Unable to make calls or send texts. 

We have tried to use the Chatbot but no one is available to chat live and this seems to be an ongoing issue when checking on social media.

Please can someone help?

We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?

There are reported wide spread issues with the three network effecting text, however thankfully my calls still working for now!

(iD Mobile runs on the Three network)

Hopefully it might be a short term inconvenience.

We have order a replacement sim for a lost phone (no blocked number) which, we have received. Followed the instructions and registered the Sim however, its still not working. Followed all help channels but still not working.
