We lost my son’s phone and ordered a replacement SIM about a week ago. We have activated the new SIM but it’s not working. Unable to make calls or send texts.
We have tried to use the Chatbot but no one is available to chat live and this seems to be an ongoing issue when checking on social media.
Please can someone help?

We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?
