Have you tried powering down the handset for 10 minutes since we received payment? This can often put things right in a scenario like this.

I changed my direct debit date from the 15th to the 1st of the month. The direct debit was successful on the 1st and then the phone services were restricted on the 15th when the old direct debit was due. My services have been restricted for over 10 days now whilst I have paid for these services. Can this issue be resolved asap?Â
