Return and invalid PAC CODE

Please can someone contact me as it's impossible to get hold of anyone at ID mobile.

Ordered a SIM only two weeks ago, popped the SIM in Wednesday. Absolutely no signal where I live despite coverage map. I need to raise a Return as within the 30 day period and I've sent off twice for a PAC code that is invalid
