Samsung J6 died

My son’s Samsung J6 has died. Was stuck in a bootloop, now won’t start at all.

Phone was fully charged before this happened.

He’s got 2 months left on his contract.

Tried the hard reset instructions but the phone didn’t respond (power + volume up)

We are sorry to hear about that issue! We would recommend taking the phone to a Carphone Warehouse store inside of a Currys PC World so that this can be looked into further and for a possible repair to be booked.
