SIM not working after processing SIM only upgrade

When logging in to the ID app yesterday I received a text message saying that my new sim card is in the process of being activated and would take up to 24hrs. I have not changed the sim card and now cannot make any calls and have no service on the phone. And can't phone ID to sort it out as it just tells you to do it online!!!!
