I use my phone for business so its imporatant to pick up calls.
Some of my incoming calls ring as normal, but many go straight to voicemail even though I’m not on my phone at the time. Some callers say they get a message saying caller not available?
Looked at all my settings but can’t find anything wrong!
Open calling app / setting / and check voice mail setup and quick response.
Change default calling apps. Or reinstall calling apps.
Thanks but checked all my apps and theres no ‘calling’ app.
Checked every item in my settings and theres no item that mentions calliing or voice mail set up.
My phone’s a Samsung A5, perhaps its different on this!

This may be called Dialler/Phone
It’s different for devices but it’s the app that your phone uses to make calls.

Thanks for your suggestion but cant find any app that remotely sounds like phone/dialler or other possible versions.
A friend said that if a call went diectly to voicemail it was probably just that I was in an area with very poor phone reception. That sounds logical to me, so perhaps he’s right!

If only I had the handset infront of me haha
I think you might have to go Settings > Application
Then at the top, you’ll see a drop down arrow and it says “All apps”
I believe you can change this to show the system apps only.
It might be in there.
Though, the above explanation is also plausible.
Let us know how you get on. We’ll leave this thread open.
