My contract with ID is ending so I have bought a Vodaphone SIM and ported my number to Vodaphone BUT the SIM isn't working in my handset. I am wondering if my phone is locked to ID and need urgent help to get it unlocked please as I currently can't receive any calls!

We don’t lock our handsets, especially not Android ones so it’s strange to hear about this issue! Have you contacted Vodafone to see if the SIM card could be at fault? You should also try the SIM card in another phone to test it’s working.
If it does work in another phone, please post screenshots of the issue and we will see what could be up with it.
