Following the devastating earthquake in Japan, we’ll credit back any charges for calls and texts made from the UK to Japan between January 1st and 5th (inclusive).
We will also credit back any charges for data, calls, and texts for iD customers roaming in Japan during the period. Credits will be applied by the 20th of January.
