Hi everyone, 

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. As a result, some customers may not be able to request their PAC/STAC codes using the iD app or My Account Online.

In the mean time, if anyone wishes to request a PAC or STAC code they should do so by using our SMS text service. 

The steps on how to do this can be found below:

To request a PAC code:

You can request a PAC via text. It’s free of charge and will be with you straightaway.

Text PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999) and we'll text you back with your PAC

 

To request a STAC code:

You can request a STAC via text. It’s free of charge and will be with you straightaway.

Text STAC DDMMYY to 75075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999) and we'll text you back with your STAC
