Hi

i have had 2 phones and an ID mobile account set up in my partners name but with my banks details the fraud team police have been involved but I’ve had a letter saying I must pay my final demand notice I have cancelled all direct debits can you sort this out please and close the account

I’ve had a fraud account in my partners name my bank details and want it cancelling! I’ve had a final notice of payment because I’ve cancelled the direct debit can’t even get through no number to help get to live chat ridiculous I’m not paying for an account that’s not even been set up by us and phone contracts that have been made in our names
