How do I change the name on my account?

Hi @Ynawk Do you mean the name of your iD Community Account ? If so, I can manually change this for you. If you just let me know what you would like.

It's for my iD account. It's currently under my ex partners name who originally set up the account.

Hello @Ynawk,

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the name a contract is in on our network.

You will need to order a new contract in your name and cancel the existing.

If the number needs to be retained, you can’t switch from an iD plan to another, it’ll need to be switched out to a different network, then back in, onto the new plan.
