activating sim

I have upgraded my ID contract and am moving my o2 number over to this contract. My old sim on ID has been lost and the new one needs activating however without the old SIM card I cannot get my security code to setup an account to activate it because the email option doesn’t allow me to enter an email on a phone, iPad or computer. I need to get my security code but don’t have the means to get it and I have already sent my PAC code off so I need to do it quick.
