Hi 

I am Mobile Wi Go customer.

 

I have forgotten my app Password, so when I try to reset it.  A message says a verification code is being sent by text message . I can't get on the Huawei Router page in order to check this code. 

 

I have cancelled my direct debit, but want to reinstate it , but I just can't do anything because everywhere is closed.
