I have recently bought a new phone and have now got a contract with ID. I am having trouble receiving one time codes from both of my bank accounts and therefore cannot access online banking on my computer or via an app. I have been in contact with my banks and they have said that because I have changed provider but kept my phone number that you may have put a block/bar on the line so I am unable to receive these one time codes. Has anyone had the same issue when changing provider to ID/or getting a new phone? What do you do?
