Can't log into the website

I've received a text from 693 on one of my sim only contracts with you. So I decided to login (tried the app and website) to check my account. When I try the forgotten username, it can't find me, even though I get the security text.

So I tried from my other 2 numbers, one says there's something wrong and can't even send a security confirmation text?

the other again can't find my username or email?

Hi @sixbeforedawn, sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in. Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on the page above, make sure you’re logged into your account, and then scroll down to see the Live Chat section. 

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.

Hi @sixbeforedawn, my apologies; that step isn’t necessary and the chat should still appear even if you’re not logged in. I just tried it myself and it worked for me.
