cant log into ID portal, no code being sent

Cannot for life of me get into my ID portal. I’ve requested a forgot password /user name and tID never send the code , tried registering comes up already registered but it will not log in at all!! 
 

tried connecting to live chat fruitless 

 

have a rolling sim only contract the only solution is to loose my business I’ll go elsewhere and cancel my direct debit as there’s no way of accessing my account!
