data different on phone than App

my data amount differs between my online account and the figure on my phone in settings, why?

Do you mean the amount you’re using, or the amount you get per week?

I mean the limit, shows correctly on immobile as 20gb, but on the phone in settings, data usage shows limit of 2gb

Hi @polokia12,

The data usage section of your phone settings and the limits shown will need to be changed to match your network allowance and billing cycle. The data usage section of your phone settings should allow you to make those changes if you press on the menu button.
