How to cancel disconnection
Hi there
If all you have done thus far is request a PAC (code). Then providing you do not use that PAC (code) then your account will remain active as it is with us.
If you have already spoken to someone about wanting a disconnection, and you’ve been given a date for when that disconnection will take place. Then in that instance, we’d need to stop that for you.
We’ll send you a private message on here now so that we can take a look at the account itself and help further.
