Help on checking allowance

the app nor website will let me make an account, it keeps saying there is an invalid field but I’m sure they’re all correct

When registering for your online iD Mobile account, you'll need to ensure the mobile number you are inputting is the one originally assigned to your account not a number you are planning on porting in.

If you have already ported your number to us, then you'd need to input the ported number.
