I can't log-into my account and I am now in arrears due to this

I can not log in and payments are not coming out of my account i have not got a sim card

Hello @kwaku agyemang-prempeh,

 

You can make a payment also by calling 0333 003 7777, after the automated message, enter the iD number and then select Option 2 followed by Option 2.

Can you clarify by what you mean by you have not got a SIM card?

 

Have you lost this or just ordered from us and it has not arrived?
