I cannot login to my account. My other sim has been locked for no apparent reason

I have been trying for a week now to speak to somone. There is never an option to live chat. There is no service centre and no one will contact me directly. I recently bought a new sim and so wish to now cancel that whilst within the cool off period and my other sim needs to be cancelled which I have had for several months.

 

I get an error when requesting a PAC. I am unable to login to my account without an error stating that it is terminated.

 

I’ve had enough of not being able to contact anyone in  anyway and have a locked phone that I’m paying for and yet cannot use,

Please contact me and sort out this mess.
