ID mobile app register

Hi, I have tried many many time to register on the ID mobile app but it says there is a problem, which it won't specify, so help?

Hi @gabbykemp,

Sorry about the issue that you are still experiencing. They may be a few things that need to be tried before we can get this sorted. Firstly If you already have an account registered you shouldn't need to register again.

Also could you try registering on a different device or browser as this can sometimes be a quick fix. If you are still getting the error please contact the live chat team here

We'd like to help you get registered on your iD Account.

Is this a new contract you've just purchased from us having only recently joined our network?

When you register for an iD account, you'll need to register using the following details:

Account holders last name
Account holders date of birth
Active iD Mobile number (This will be the one supplied with the SIM).

If you don't know the number, you can put the SIM in and ring a friend or family to confirm the number. The number will also be printed on the packet it was sent in.

When you've entered these details, we'll send you a text message with a verification code 8 digits long.
Enter this to complete registration.

Can you clarify which bit you're getting stuck on?
Please also double check the details being entered.

If this is an upgrade, you should have already gotten account with us so just log-in using the old details.
If you don't know the details, then you'll need to use the "Forgotten your password" or "Forgotten your username" tools to find out this information.
