issues transferring number

I have just taken out a new contract with ID mobile. I have the PAC code from my old provider and have tried to transfer my old number to my new phone. I am using the correct details and it says PAC number or mobile number incorrect, but they are not. This is extremely frustrating! Please can ID team support?

Hi there @Jcdobson123 

Have you registered your iD Mobile account at all since you’ve started with us?  If not, please do so here.

When doing so, be sure to use your details including the mobile number that we gave you with the iD SIM itself.

 

Once registered and logged in, you can then submit the PAC (code) and the number you want to bring over to us in there.

Providing your PAC (code) is correct from your old network and still in-date, then your number should move over within 1-2 working days at most.

If you’re facing any issues, please let us know what error message you’re getting.
