l need to change my email but states email not valid

Hi l need to change my email address to my new one but every time l try it says email is not valid but it is a valid email, l would be grateful if someone from ID could help me, thanks

We are sorry to hear that! Have you made sure that there are no spaces at the start or at the end of your email address? If all is fine, let us know and we will update this for you manually.

i have tried everything but nothing works, it says email address invalid which it is not, hope you can help
