I have my pac code but when i start my a40 there's no calling for the pac code to port it. I need to end this contract and am ready to pay off what's left but the updated app is not working well.

The PAC (code) you have, is that one from ourselves?
If so, if you give that to your new provider. That will move the number from us to them, and in turn bring things to an end with ourselves.
Within 24 hours of the number moving, you’ll be able to see any final bill to pay within the iD Mobile App or in the My Account area on our website.
