linking 2 accounts

Hi

i have 2 different contracts one for me and one for my daughter. I can only access mine on I’d app and daughter is due an upgrade but I can’t access her account. Can anyone help ??

Hi there @Craigh 

Unfortunately as things stand we don’t have a means to be able to link two accounts together.

If you haven’t previously, then you’d need to separately register the number you have for your daughter.

It would need to have it’s own username/ email address attached too.

Any issues, let us know.
