Locked out of my app

Hi I have been locked out of ID app and account after having problem resetting info asked for security code which gave and kept resending after it and giving new code after it said something went wrong. Also want to move my number which is [Removed] over to iD and have a PAC Code which is [Removed]

I am sorry to hear about that issue. When you request a security code, we would not recommend asking for another if it doesn't come through right away as it could cause an issue. You can also obtain a security code by speaking to our Live Chat Team here, they can also help you with processing the PAC code.

I have also removed your phone number and PAC code from your message to protect your details.
