Logging In

The ID app or online links will not log me in. No matter how many times I change my password WITH SUCCESS!!. I HAVE ISSUES AND CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE ABOUT THEM TO RECIEVE ANSWERS. TOTALLY UNNACCEPTABLE

Try after few hours. Clear cache and storage of app / browser.

Make sure you are using rite user name and password.

Use different browser.

Thanks tried all that. Even their own customer service couldn't do it pre lockdown. 

I have 2 sims and the data has not rolled over, they will take your money but then disappear into a void it seems!!

Are you 100% certain you have BOTH the iD Mobile accounts you have registered?  As each one would need registering with it’s own unique username and email address.

If they are definitely registered, and you need to reset your password, you can do that here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/home/

Each password would be case-sensitive and require a number be in the password too.  So be extra careful when entering it to make sure it’s a perfect match.
