lost sim and forgot password

Hi

 

Unfortunately I lost my sim card and forgot a password to my account. I tried to change the password but for some reason it sends the security code to my phone rather than my email, so it is quite useless for me.

 

Due to C19 it seems that the help center isn’t working so there’s noone I can call to request the sim replacement. I am not sure what I can do, help?

Please contact our Live Chat team who can assist you with your password.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on this page, scroll down to see the Live Chat section. 

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.

There’s no button for the life chat at all, so I don’t know what you mean when you said it’ll turn blue. Could you help :(?

When you click on the link and land on the contact us page, you will need to scroll down to the live chat section, see below image.
