I have purchased a new ID plan, haing just transferred from Vodafone, which I have a new ID phone number for, customer service pin, but unfortunately cannot access my information due to already registering my email when i had another ID mobile in 2017, which again I have the number for, account number.
When trying to access, i hit this wall....
"Your iD plan ended more than 6 months ago, so your online account has now been closed. If you need help, please call our customer services team on 0333 003 7777."
Can somebody help?
