New sims - do I need to re-register?

Hi hope I can get some help.. I have an Id account in my name but with my sons mobile number to which we have just upgraded. I was with EE but now ive just changed over to Id. Do i need to have 2 Id accounts ? And I want to keep my old.number i had with EE ..I am rubbish at technoloy.

Hello @Tcoa,

You will need to register a new iD account to manage your own.

So the email used for your son’s account will stay as is.

Once you’ve registered, you can click My Services > Keep your number and then transfer your number over.
