No Live Agents in the Live Chat

I instantly get “no agents available” message on the live chat. Are there any agents running it?

 

I desperately need my IMEI number, have a broken screen and can’t view it. No longer have the box.

The related chat to this recommends going to facebook/twitter but there it informs you not to use those any more.

How do I speak to an agent??
