PAC code not processed

I have received a message which said: “We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us”. I then checked all the details and they are correct. I retried it and it did not work.

Have you registered the iD Mobile account?  If not, please do so here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

Make sure when you register that you use the number that we gave you with the iD Mobile SIM.

 

Once registered and logged in.  You’ll then be able to submit your PAC and the mobile number that you wish to bring over to us. 

It is most likely that an error occurred when submitted the details originally or that the transaction number provided was incorrect.  You won’t need to add a transaction number if you submit the port through your My Account area online (or through the iD Mobile App).
