I am trying to obtain a PAC to leave iD but iD is just giving me the PAC I ported in with which is of course not being accepted by my carrier. I got the same old PAC from both the text number and the iD app....

Please contact our Live Chat team who can provide you your PAC code.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
