Problems registering with iD

Hello, I have just received a 2nd SIM from iD and need to create a new registration. When I do this, it refuses to accept it (can't 'click' on Submit button. Can anyone help please??

Hi Adam,

This might be due to the details that were entered being incorrect or missing. Are you able to ensure that every field is filled in, and the mobile number entered matches the one that came with the SIM card?
