I need to obtain my receipt for my phone for the insurance company so i can get it repaired.
anyone on here know how i can get it.

Was it from ourselves you originally purchased the phone from?
If so, please check your inbox (and spam/ junk folder) from around the date of purchase as you should have had an email with your order confirmation and the IMEI of the handset etc there.
If you don’t have that, or need us to create a document that states when the phone was last used with iD Mobile or something then please let us know by reply here and we’ll contact you further by private message if needed.
