Good morning, I have just rejoined ID Mobile after leaving over 12 months ago and received my new SIM only yesterday. I have applied to have my number transferred across from Vodafone this morning using my PAC code however, I am unable to register on the ID mobile website as it appears my email address is still registered to my old account.

Can you please advise on what I need to do as I am not currently able to create an account on the ID Mobile website and there is no way of contacting anyone to talk to?
