I know This has been asked before but my replacement sim wont work. I’ve tried switching it off and on. I’ve already looked at previous questions and they contacted customer service and got it resolved. I can’t contact anyone as no one is here, It says the sim is activated but its not being recognised in phone and unrecognised anyone ringing. Any help would be great Thanks

Did you follow the steps on https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/your-sim-card to ensure the correct SIM is activated?
Have you still got the old SIM to test it?
Have you tried the SIM in a different handset at all?
