Reset Password Invalid

I am trying to reset my password for logging in to my account on the web site and when I enter, for example, Testword12% (which meets the requirements) I get the error ‘Please enter valid values, and try again’. This is extremely annoying. I have tried 2 browsers - Firefox & MS Edge.

It could be the device you’re using, have you tried using a different one? or clearing cache and cookies?

Thanks. You’re probably right. I did eventually change it OK on my iPhone.
