Resetting password

Your site is not working correctly, I have tried resetting a password and the email link sent to re set the password directs you to resetting the password again.

 

Please sort it out.

 

My wife has returned a mobile phone to you and we can not reset her password to log in to read the message sent.

If the order is in the name of your wife.  Could you have her either contact our Live Chat Team or create a topic on here to which we’ll get in touch with her?

We’ll then be able to get her any updates she needs regarding the progress of her Return.

 

Regarding the password reset.  What browser was the reset link not working in?  Were you trying this through your phone or on a computer?  We’ll pass on feedback to get that sorted.
