Sim card not active

Hi

 

i lost my phone so i blocked my sim card. I had a spare ID sim card that had not been activated so i have activated this on my account. Its been nearly 24 hours and the sim has yet to active .

This is seriously casuing issues with my work so i need a resolution ASAP. 

 

ID appear to have no way to contact a person. No email, Live chat is useless and the telephone is automated. Any help out there?
