Unable to connect to the iD App

I have recently bought a PAYG SIM Card to use as a second mobile number. on a second mobile phone. I already have an ID Mobile number on a contact which seems to work fine. I have downloaded the ID mobile App on to my second phone but iI get he message ‘Unable to establish a secure connection. Please try later’. I have been trying for two weeks to connect and no luck. Please advise a solution.

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to connect to the app.

 

I would advise ensuring that you have the latest version of the app installed on the handset. If this doesn’t work could you please try deleting the app and reinstalling it.  Could you also try connecting to the app via your mobile network rather than Wifi? If you have a second number with iD you would need to register this under a different email address/username via our website.
