Unable to log in due to no text receivable

How can I log into my online account or app, I do the reset password and it sends a text which I cannot retrieve as the sim card is in a dongle and does not work in a handset, help please as I cannot access my account to download my bills

What is the reason the SIM card doesn’t work in a handset? this would be the easiest solution you see.
