My new years resolution is to lose weight and to get my kids involved in more extra curricular activities out of school hours 😊

My New Year’s Resolution is to think more about my back. I have developed sciatica and  two slipped discs from too much sitting down and driving. I want to be more mindful about taking breaks from sitting and driving. I also want to take regular exercise at home to strengthen my core muscles which support my back, and to go to a Pilates class to help me learn how to keep my body in good shape.
