I am determined to drive on a motorway! I passed my test 20 years ago and I’ve done one junction of the M1 and that’s it!

I have, to increase my step count and to reduce my plastic use

My New Year’s resolution is to see the people I care about more but also look after myself and listen to my what my body tells me whether that’s physically or mentally 

Being in nature with my loved ones. For example a lil hill walk up Glencoe  then sipping on a little hot beverage later on. Bliss

I want to lose two stone by my partner’s big birthday in the summer! This would definitely help motivate me and keep track of my health and activity levels.

I'm using January like a reset. Trying to make small habit changes rather than a big resolution that I usually give up on! So slowing reducing time on social media, reading more books, adding more fruit to my diet, drinking a glass of water in the morning...and not being harsh on myself if it takes time for new habits to form! 

Need to lose weight and feel healthy for this year and many years to come
