Free roaming in the EU is on every network, ok iD have some extra countries but the most useful ones are the core EU ones.

Actually, none of the above, I never use all my data, my minutes or all my texts.
What I do like though is...
The app on my phone so I know exactly what I have used,
Always being able to get good reception,
Never having had a problem
And being given extra minutes, data rollover and a reduction in my monthly fee without even asking.

Data rollover. How about making it data accumulator? Then when I go on holiday with no or poor WiFi I can use my phone as a hotspot. Then just keep a lid on it at 6 or 12 months max rollover. Great for customer retention.
