Data Rollover is the best feature and to be honest right now the only things keeping me with ID mobile he customr serivce has been terrible just for that I should win the phone. I mean I ordered a phone in September and it was not recieved until 2 months later and ONLY when I went into a car phone warehouse so did ID MOBILE really do anything for me no.

Give aways is not going to fix the customer service side of things i know I won't win but still worth a try just for all the stress and duress you caused not only me but my business as well. not acceptable and the ombudsmen is watching my case carefully, anyone else having any issues should do the same thing. Anyone thinking of coming to ID Mobile I would suggest either Vodafone or O2 as they deliver far and beyond their call of duties and respect all customers
