I joined ID mobile in January as it was showing as the best for the area I moved to. Showed I should always get 4g everywhere I go including my home. Now I actually don't have any issues with the Internet, calls or texts however its always showing as 1 bar.
Does anyone know a way to fix this?

I’m sorry to hear your coverage hasn’t been quite as good as expected, the iD Mobile coverage checker is an approximate and usually reliable although it can occasionally be incorrect, have you checked the status checker on the same page for any outages?
Please could you provide the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?
