2 accounts ? but can only see one


I believed I had two accounts but the system doesn’t recognize my email. I’ve opted to keep my number and thought I’d timed so I wouldn’t eat into another contract month with Virgin but it hasn’t transferred yet. What’s going on?

Each account needs to be registereed with it’s own unique username to maange this.

Has your number port completed since?

What date were you given for your number transfer to iD Mobile @Denise Sturges-Allard?

If your number transfer date was today, has you old Virgin Media SIM stopped working?

Number transfers do happen immediately. There can be several hours or more between your old SIM becoming inactive, and the number you wanted to keep working with your iD SIM card.
